The Origin Story
From Command Blocks
to Command Lines.
I've been the go-to computer guy since I was ten years old, when I built my first PC for my grandmother. Since then, I've gone from modding Minecraft to architecting Active Directory environments and deploying enterprise virtualization.
If you boil down what I enjoy doing, it's a simple mix: I like computers, I like building things, and I like helping people. Enterprise IT is one of the few fields where I get to do all three every single day. I realized early on that I didn't want to build software all day; I wanted to build and secure the heavy infrastructure that everything else runs on.
Today, I'm a Network Administrator at J.F. Ahern Co., leading identity automation and modernizing ITSM infrastructure for over 2,100 users. My background includes managing IT infrastructure across both municipal government and a global defense contractor. I graduated from UCF with my IT degree in May 2026, hold Network+, Security+, and SecAI+ certifications, and I'm currently working toward the Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700) to bridge the gap between on-premise hardware and the cloud.
Outside of tech, I'm competitive and love to travel. I recently spent time exploring Portugal and Spain, and when I'm home, I'm usually out on the golf course working on my swing. I also bring that same competitive drive to gaming, at one point reaching a global Top 200 ranking in Brawl Stars.

- Architected and executed the enterprise migration from legacy Track-It! to Freshservice ITSM for 2,100+ users, building custom service catalogs, automated ticket routing, and departmental SLAs in collaboration with IT leadership.
- Developed PowerShell automation scripts for Active Directory identity lifecycles, reducing onboarding provisioning time by 50% and deprovisioning turnaround by 60% across Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows.
- Packaged and deployed 60+ custom Win32 applications using Microsoft Intune, configuring silent installation switches and custom detection rules to accelerate modernization away from legacy SCCM.

- Acted as a primary technical contact for the Police Department and 12+ other municipal departments, ensuring rapid responses for mission-critical hardware, including MDTs, body-worn cameras, CCTV, servers, and firewalls.
- Configured and troubleshot Unifi wireless networks and Fortinet/FortiGate IPsec VPN solutions, ensuring reliable and secure remote access for ~20 field iPads and GIS-enabled devices.
- Led the Windows 11 OS migration for 50+ workstations, enforcing TPM and UEFI compliance to meet government security standards, alongside SSD migrations and storage expansions.
